These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern participation in the ASOT Giveaway ('Giveaway') organised by The Livescape Group ('Organiser'). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

Complete the entry requirements as set out in Clause 3 below.
Employees of The Livescape Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
Click the link shared via the participating community post;
Complete and submit the sign-up form on the designated landing page within the submission window.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
The Giveaway submission window opens on 5 April 2026 and closes on 10 April 2026 ('Submission Period'). Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
One (1) winner will receive 2x General Admission tickets to ASOT ('Prize'). The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Submission Period. The
winner will be announced on or around 13 April 2026 via Livescape's official social channels.
The winner will be contacted directly via email to arrange Prize fulfilment. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, The Livescape Group reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to their personal data (name and email address) being collected and used by The Livescape Group for the purposes of:
Administering the Giveaway;
Marketing communications, including retargeting and promotional campaigns related to ASOT and future Livescape events.
Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting The Livescape Group. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway is final and binding.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues.
The Prize is subject to availability and event terms set by the respective venue and event organiser.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
